Manpower (জনশক্তি) are the number of people active under a unit of Shibir. All manpower of Shibir are divided into some hierarchical class. Members (সদস্য) and Associates (সাথী) consist the core manpower of Shibir. In addition to them, there are Workers (কর্মী) and Supporters (সমর্থক) who have not pledged the formal commitment to work with Shibir.
